By using Moments, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Moments helps you find, trim, and export short clips from long-form interview videos. Results are automated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing clips before publishing.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You must have the right to process and clip any video you submit (YouTube URL or upload).
- Do not abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk requests, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans include usage limits (minutes processed and exports). Paid subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors; contact support within 14 days of charge.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your source content and exports. We retain ownership of the Moments software, branding, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Transcripts, rankings, and captions may contain errors. We do not guarantee viral performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Processing may depend on third-party APIs and worker uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you publish using exported clips. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time; cancel paid plans through billing support or Stripe where available.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
